PATRIC September 2018 Data Release

This PATRIC release includes over 15,000 new genomes bringing the total to over 200,000, as well as AMR data for over 2,800 genomes, and other data updates.

Data Updates:

New Genomes

In this release, PATRIC has added over 15,000 new genomes and associated metadata, bringing the total number of genomes and plasmids to over 200,000. Included is AMR panel data for 2,875 new genomes from 15 publications, bringing total number of genomes with AMR panel data to 27,633. The full list of available microbial and host genomes can be accessed here. Other items in this release include taxonomy updates and additional metadata standardization.
