PATRIC January 2017 Release features 5938 new genomes and new AMR phenotype data¶
New Genomes
In this release, PATRIC has added 5938 new genomes, bringing the total number of public genomes in PATRIC to over 94945. Total 571 of the new genomes were collected from published antimicrobial resistance studies, assembled from the reads available in SRA using PATRIC Assembly Service and then annotated using PATRIC Annotation Service. The full list of available bacterial genomes can be accessed from the Genomes Tab for all bacteria.
New AMR Phenotype Data
In this release, we have incorporated curated AMR phenotype data for 1342 new genomes. The AMR panel data was collected from published AMR studies listed below.
